Our Story

ProElite Basketball Academy was founded on one core belief: elite-level training should be accessible to athletes of all ages and backgrounds. Seeing the need for structured, high-quality player development in Fort Smith, we set out to build a place where athletes can get professional, personalized instruction in a positive, disciplined environment.

We’re proud to be powered by Basketball Training Systems (BTS) and the proven LevelUp Curriculum, bringing championship-level training to Fort Smith and the surrounding areas. Athletes here don’t just do drills—they learn the same high-level techniques, concepts, and mental approaches taught by some of the best basketball developers in the country.

Meet Coach Rodney Perry

ProElite Basketball Academy is led by Coach Rodney Perry, Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Kansas State University and a proud Fort Smith native.

With years of experience coaching at the collegiate level, Coach Perry knows what it takes to succeed—and he’s passionate about giving back to the community that raised him. That’s why he’s partnered with Basketball Training Systems (BTS) to bring this academy to Fort Smith.
