WHY FULL-COURT 3X3

Built for Real Game Skills

Full-court 3x3 maximizes touches, transition reps, and decision-making — the skills that translate straight to your school season.

CONDITIONING

Pace That Builds Elite-Game Motors

Full-court possessions, no easy resets. Players run more sprints in one game than they will in most full 5v5 nights — and the conditioning carries straight over to school season.

Pace That Builds
TRANSITION DECISIONS

Every Possession Is a Fast Break

With only three on the court, every defensive rebound becomes an immediate 3-on-2 or 3-on-3 read. Decision speed is forced every trip down the floor.

Every Possession
SPACING

Fewer Bodies, Cleaner Reads

Three players have to share the floor — there's nowhere to hide. Athletes learn to cut, space, and create driving lanes the way scoring guards do at the next level.

Fewer Bodies,
BALL-HANDLING

Every Player Runs the Point

There's no hiding behind a primary ball-handler. Bigs, wings, and guards all bring it up the floor in the open court — under a 24-second shot clock and live defense.
